We recently completed a complete leak repair and upgrade for a customer whose water service failed after the harsh January cold snap. The issue was caused by long-term settling of the concrete structure, which had crushed an old white PVC line, cracking it completely in half. This resulted in a significant leak and loss of water pressure. We replaced the damaged 2” water setter, pressure reducer pit, water setter pit, and all service lines with durable, modern PEX line. We also upgraded both pits to new heavy-duty plastic dual-wall culvert for better protection and longevity.
